We are excited to announce our first official workshop on the 30th of November, which offers hands-on experience in contrast to our more intellectual talks.

In addition to psychedelic substances, there are many ways of altering your brain chemistry to induce an expanded state of consciousness. One of the most powerful and accessible means is breathwork.

In this workshop, you will be guided through a one-hour breathing session accompanied by evocative music. We will use connected and cyclical deep breathing, which puts the nervous system in an alert state and leads to a heightened awareness of your body and emotions. This can result in a meditative experience, lead to a blissful state, or bring up repressed and buried emotions. By allowing yourself to feel everything that wants to come up while simultaneously staying with the breath, you can dissolve emotional blockages and free yourself of habitual thought patterns. Following the breathing session, we will gather and allow everyone to share their experiences within a safe space. This fosters a deeper connection among the participants and supports the process of integration.

The evening will be held in English unless everyone understands German.
